With Mwamba, miners receive fair prices for their gold, enjoying as much as a 200% increase in payment compared to traditional methods. The gold produced and sourced by Mwamba is conflict-free and responsibly sourced, aligning with the World Gold Council's Conflict-Free Gold Standard. By transitioning Tanzanian mining communities to mercury-free processing and reinvesting profits, Mwamba aims to improve working and living conditions for those involved. Their ultimate goal is to have a 100% reduction in mercury processing for their partner communities in Tanzania.
