## Description

MW Group is a growing industrial group whose business idea is to be a trusted Nordic company within NATO. Its shared purpose is to strengthen society by contributing to Northern European resilience and defence. The group develops and owns commercially viable companies that provide critical capabilities, complementing national agencies and serving commercial customers. Its work focuses on Host Nation Support and enabling Multi-Domain Operations, helping enhance readiness, provide access to technology and address capability gaps. MW Group describes its approach as decentralized: operating companies retain agility and drive, supported by the consolidated strength of the wider group. Its portfolio includes seven operating companies, among them Alumbra, Arbonaut, eCiceron, Kontregarde, LogSec, MW Field Services, MW Geospatial, MW Strategy, Richardssons and Link22. Together, these businesses contribute to the group’s defence and resilience mission. MW Group operates in four countries and reports more than 700 fixed and hourly employees.
