## Description

RocketMIND is a mental health learning app designed to help primary-school children build skills for handling stress, emotions and conflict. Its playful, adventure-based activities turn challenges such as school stress, bullying and social comparison into age-appropriate levels, exercises and challenges. The app is intended for children aged 6 to 11 and aims to strengthen wellbeing preventively, before difficulties become more serious.

RocketMIND combines games with scientifically grounded psychological methods to support children’s self-esteem, resilience and emotional intelligence. It offers resources for family life, including exercises for children and the whole family, as well as a school-focused solution intended to help classes feel more focused and supported. The company’s approach is designed to make learning feel engaging rather than like a lesson.

RocketMIND began with a project exploring how to prevent mental health problems in childhood. Developed during a master’s programme and in collaboration with OTH and the University of Regensburg, the initiative is based in Regensburg.
