## Description

Core Vision is an Australian PropTech company that develops practical software to help organisations manage properties and protect real estate asset value. Its cloud-based platform, myBuildings, serves property owners, managers, tenants, occupiers and contractors worldwide. Designed for both organisations managing their own properties and service providers working for owners, the system brings facility management workflows together in one configurable solution.

Users can raise and track requests, link work to assets, assign approved contractors, monitor compliance and manage audits and accounts payable. Dashboards, alerts and configurable reporting support oversight and asset lifecycle cost analysis. The mobile-compatible platform requires no hardware, offers transparent fixed pricing without lock-in contracts, and can integrate with financial and contractor management systems.

Core Vision supports clients with software upgrades, implementation assistance and ongoing help from its in-house development team. The company says its solutions are shaped by client needs and built for the international market. Through myBuildings, Core Vision aims to simplify facility management, improve stakeholder experiences and help property teams work more efficiently.
