Members earn points through eligible purchases and can use them on many things they do with GM, while also accessing member perks and exclusive opportunities. Members earn one point for every $5 spent on an eligible new GM vehicle and three points for every $1 spent on other eligible GM purchases. Cardmembers can earn additional points with the GM Rewards Mastercard from Barclays: up to seven points per dollar on eligible GM purchases, plus up to three points per dollar through membership, and three points per dollar on other purchases.
