## Description

ChronicAlly is a wearable technology brand focused on supporting people living with complex chronic conditions, including ME/CFS, Long COVID and POTS. Its tools are designed around pacing—the practice of managing activity within personal energy limits—rather than encouraging users to push themselves to do more. The company says its technology is built by people with lived experience, shaped by community feedback and informed by research.

ChronicAlly’s wearable features live heart-rate alerts intended to help users recognise when they may be nearing their limits and reduce the risk of overexertion. Its tracking tools let people record how they feel, assess exertion during activities and use their observations to develop a pacing routine. The platform also presents personal data to help users understand patterns in capacity and communicate the effects of their condition to family, friends and others.

ChronicAlly invites people to become early members and offers information about how its technology works, joining, and the brand’s approach through its website. It also provides a blog, newsletter and contact options.
