## Description

Diageo Employee Share Plans is an information and account-access service for employees and executives participating in Diageo’s share plans. It explains how eligible employees can build a shareholding in the company and potentially benefit from share price growth. The site covers UK plans, including the Share Incentive Plan and Sharesave, and Irish plans, including Irish Profitshare and Salary Foregone and Irish Sharesave. It also provides information about discretionary executive arrangements, such as DLTIP/DACSIP and DRS, alongside related questions and answers, tax forms, dividend information and share account guidance.

Participants can use the site to find plan details, important dates, help and contact information, and access their portal through EquatePlus. The site also explains the migration of share award information from Shareworks to EquatePlus, which went live on 1 August 2024. Additional resources address global mobility, extended breaks, privacy and MiFID II. Overall, the service supports employees in understanding and managing their Diageo share plan participation, while providing routes to account support and plan-specific information.
