Edvolution Enterprise is a not-for-profit social enterprise with a mission to revolutionize the education landscape in Malaysia and beyond. Our focus is on leadership development and people empowerment for institutional reform within the education system. Our flagship programme, Teacher Empowerment for School Transformation (TEST), is designed to develop officers' abilities in school management, pedagogical knowledge, and students' holistic development. Through TEST, we bridge the gap between teachers and school leaders, empowering teachers and helping school leaders communicate the school's vision and mission effectively. Our work has impacted numerous stakeholders in the education system, including district officers, teachers, school leaders, and students. We have witnessed great changes, as teachers have become more positive, with higher morale and a willingness to support administrators.
