My Flow Foundation is dedicated to helping girls reclaim the dignity that poverty denies them during menstruation. Founded on the belief that every girl deserves to have her dignity safeguarded, we aim to ensure no girl misses school due to her period. Our goal is to debunk myths and taboos surrounding menstruation, create menstrual health awareness, and empower girls to feel confident and worthy. Through our programs, we provide education, mentorship, and support to improve public and personal health while inspiring community engagement. By working with partners and friends, we strive to make a real and lasting change in girls' lives today and for generations to come.
