## Description

Mygrow is an emotional intelligence development platform for organisations, designed to embed practical EQ skills into everyday work. It helps businesses develop leaders, strengthen organisational culture, and support staff in managing themselves and working effectively with others. The programme combines daily bite-sized learning sessions, original research-informed video content, practical techniques, AI-integrated coaching, and regular group engagements to encourage sustained behavioural change.

Mygrow’s approach also includes recurring self and peer assessments, tools for measuring individual skill growth, and aggregated profiles that highlight strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots. Real-time dashboards let organisations track participation, behaviours, and EQ development across individuals and teams, with reporting that can be viewed alongside the organisational structure. A tailored change management process supports implementation, and the company states that it offers a money-back guarantee on measurable behaviour change for participants who engage.

The platform is intended to fit busy schedules and can complement existing leadership development programmes.
