## Description

Happyforce is an employee engagement software brand that helps organizations turn workplace data into leadership decisions. Its platform measures workplace climate, employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), wellbeing, motivation, relationships, purpose, and team engagement through continuous pulse surveys and anonymous feedback. It also supports internal communication, employee feedback, and recognition.

Designed for HR teams, managers, and executives, Happyforce aims to make insights accessible to employees with or without corporate email and across multiple languages. Alongside its scalable technology, the company integrates organizational expertise and advisory guidance. Managers receive briefings on team conditions and practical recommendations for the week, while organizations can use action plans and commitment tracking to connect feedback with measurable outcomes.

Happyforce says it has more than ten years of experience in people management and serves over 100 active organizations, with more than two million employees impacted. Its services are GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 aligned, and hosted in the EU. Resources include a workplace happiness report, podcast, blog, and e-books.
