Community Hospice | New Philadelphia OH is a community-based, non-profit organization that has been providing compassionate end-of-life care and support for over 35 years. Our organization was founded by local health professionals who recognized the importance of hospice care and its impact on the community. Since our establishment in 1986, we have served over 22,000 patients and families in Tuscarawas, Stark, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Holmes, and surrounding counties.

At Community Hospice, our dedicated staff and volunteers are committed to fulfilling our mission of honoring life by providing Peace, Hope, and Compassion to those we serve. We offer a wide range of services, including hospice care, palliative care, bereavement and support programs, and the Truman House, a state-of-the-art facility designed to promote comfort and peace. We are proud participants in the We Honor Veterans program, which focuses on enhancing the care and availability of services to Veterans and their families.
