## Description

My Household Managed is a private household and estate staffing agency that introduces experienced private service professionals to discerning families, principals, and family offices. Founded by career private service professional Alison Ganko, the agency draws on her fifteen years of experience inside private homes and hundreds of placements. It serves clients in Chicago and South Florida, with select searches nationwide, including New York, the Hamptons, Nantucket, and Aspen.

The agency places staff across household operations, childcare, education, and lifestyle support. Roles include estate and house managers, executive and personal assistants, housekeepers, butlers, private chefs, nannies, newborn care specialists, governesses, and private educators. It also recruits chauffeurs, domestic couples, property managers, personal trainers, wardrobe managers, pet nannies, and other specialists.

Beyond candidate introductions, My Household Managed advises principals on defining roles and setting employment terms to support long-term retention. Its services accommodate full-time and seasonal positions, multi-property households, and roles that involve travel between residences. The process begins with a confidential discovery call, while candidates can apply through the agency.
