## Description

LDI Connect is a multi-line office technology provider serving more than 6,000 clients across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Southern California. Formerly known as LDI Color ToolBox, the company brings six technology practices together under one provider: print, document management, managed IT, cloud services, Pro AV, and security. Its print solutions include office copiers, printers and multifunction devices, managed print services, production printing, and wide-format printing. The company also offers unified communications as a service, AI solutions, and technology tailored to industries such as education, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, government, and retail.

LDI Connect works with multiple print manufacturers, including Canon, HP, Xerox, Sharp, Toshiba, Riso, and Brother, and partners with technology providers such as Microsoft, Cisco, Zoom, and Axis. Its approach begins with a conversation about an organization’s challenges, followed by a tailored technology strategy designed to avoid unnecessary products. The company aims to help clients connect systems, streamline workflows, improve reliability and security, and manage costs. It also provides service requests, remote support, supply ordering, and payment resources.
