## Description

MyMedicalSupport Community CIC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company working to improve access to essential medical and care information across communities in the UK. It provides funded or subsidised digital medical IDs and physical identification products to individuals and families who may otherwise face barriers to accessing them. Digital IDs allow users to store and share important information, while physical products—including bracelets and cards—offer a visible link to digital profiles.

The organisation distributes these tools through community-led programmes delivered with schools, charities and other trusted organisations. Its work is supported by grants and community funding, with surpluses reinvested in programmes for community benefit. MyMedicalSupport Community CIC also works with partner organisations to support responsible, sustainable delivery and clearer information sharing among families, carers, educators and community groups.

The CIC aims to support inclusion, preparedness and safer everyday situations by making essential information easier to access and understand. It complements existing care and support systems but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or emergency response services.
