## Description

My Memorial List is a free resource offering downloadable templates to help people preserve and honor the lives of loved ones who have passed away. Initially created to remember service members who died during military service, the project has expanded to welcome tributes to family, friends, acquaintances, and anyone others wish to commemorate. Its purpose reflects a belief in liberty and the human flourishing it makes possible.

The templates are provided as fillable PDFs, with options to record names alone or names alongside dates and locations. They come in 8.5-by-11-inch and 11-by-17-inch formats, with textured or plain backgrounds, and include space for a chosen poem or statement. Social media versions are also available. Users can complete the fields digitally and print pages for display; archival paper is recommended, though textured designs can also be printed on other specialty paper.

Downloads are free, and personal use is encouraged; commercial use is prohibited. Supplement pages explain the project’s origins, intent, artwork, and symbolism. My Memorial List is presented by CTOMS Inc.
