## Description

Mynappa is a Czech food brand founded in 2018, making handcrafted vegan kimchi in Liberec. The company grew from its founder’s interest in fermentation and focuses on quality ingredients sourced from certified suppliers, with attention to freshness and responsibility toward nature. Its naturally fermented vegetable salads are made without artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.

Mynappa’s kimchi offers a rich, robust taste with fruity notes and live lactic acid cultures. The range includes a mild pineapple kimchi, combining the benefits of fermented vegetables with a fresh tropical flavour. Kimchi can be enjoyed on its own as a savoury snack or served with grilled meat, tofu, sandwiches, noodle soups and stir-fries. The brand highlights its products’ vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and low calorie and fat content.

Mynappa also provides information on kimchi, fermentation and product storage. Customers can find its products through selected shops and online retailers in the Czech Republic. The company invites bistros, e-shops and hotels interested in offering its kimchi to get in touch.
