## Description

My New Roots is a food and wellness brand founded by holistic nutritionist Sarah Britton, who has shared recipes and kitchen inspiration through the site since 2007. Centered on plant-based, whole-food cooking, the brand encourages readers to explore nourishing ingredients and discover flavourful dishes for everyday life. Its recipe collection ranges from comforting meals and salads to baked goods, breakfasts, and creative plant-based takes on familiar favourites.

Beyond the blog, My New Roots offers online cooking classes and videos, cookbooks, and a shop. Its Grow membership platform brings together live cooking classes, exclusive recipes, inspirational interviews, exercise sessions, and projects for the home and garden. The brand also offers wellness retreats that combine plant-rich meals, cooking classes, and opportunities to reconnect with nature and wellbeing. Sarah works with restaurants and food companies on recipe development and food innovation, and leads classes, workshops, and retreats internationally. With its mix of practical cooking resources and broader wellness experiences, My New Roots helps its community build a more nourishing relationship with food and daily life.
