## Description

My PA to Independence is an independent disability support provider based in Gosford, New South Wales, offering personalised support for people with disabilities. Its approach is person-centred, with individuals’ choices, goals and values guiding the support they receive. The organisation emphasises partnership, empowerment and inclusion, working alongside each person and their Circle of Support to build independence and support meaningful decision-making.

Services include personal care delivered by trained support workers, as well as practical assistance to develop independent living skills. Executive functioning support can help with tasks, appointments and managing household and daily responsibilities. The team also helps people establish and organise a Circle of Support, shaping how that group works together while keeping the individual’s values central.

For people considering or already living in an independent arrangement, My PA to Independence offers mentoring and consultation to explore living options and provide guidance to staff teams. Flexible online support is available through Zoom, including for people in rural and remote areas.
