## Description

Renault Histoire is a French association dedicated to sharing the history of Renault as a company and exploring its many dimensions. Governed by France’s 1901 law on associations and recognized as being of general interest, it welcomes people interested in history and curious about the story of a major French business. Its work serves both members and the wider public.

The association creates publications, including the Renault Histoire journal, special issues, gazettes, and other Renault-related magazines and books. Its historical coverage spans Renault’s sites, manufacturing, commercial network, notable models, trucks, railway equipment, aviation, agricultural tractors, and the company’s history during the First World War. Members can also access a document-search service.

Alongside publishing, Renault Histoire organizes conferences, exhibitions, heritage events, and appearances at gatherings such as Rétromobile. The organization also shares news and event listings, supports discussion through forums, and offers ways to join, contribute, and engage with its volunteer-led historical activities. Its programs help preserve and make Renault’s industrial heritage accessible.
