## Description

Myrspoven is a Stockholm-based building technology company that uses artificial intelligence to optimize energy use in commercial buildings. Its platform analyzes data from heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, along with inputs such as weather and energy tariffs, to make building-specific control decisions. Designed to work with existing building management systems and equipment, Myrspoven’s solutions can be implemented without replacing a building’s infrastructure.

The company’s myCoreAI product adjusts HVAC settings every 15 minutes, balancing energy efficiency with occupant comfort. Myrspoven also offers myLoadShift, which helps manage peak demand and support buildings’ participation in a more flexible energy system. The company reports typical HVAC energy savings of 20%, with potential savings varying by system and building. Its platform is deployed in 13 countries and has connected more than 1,500 buildings.

Myrspoven supports building owners and operators with integration, implementation, and optimization services. Case studies include reported energy reductions at the University of St Andrews and Fabege’s Korphoppet 1 property.
