## Description

Its location-based tours begin playing when visitors reach a featured spot, combining short audio stories with text and photos. Travelers can explore museums, galleries, historic quarters, landmarks and nearby points of interest, with routes for walking, cycling or driving, as well as an Explorer mode for unplanned wandering.

The app’s voice and text assistant, Tuurix, answers questions about places along the route and what visitors see around them. Users can also point their phone at supported exhibits or buildings for on-device recognition, with augmented reality overlays available at selected locations. Stories are offered in multiple languages and can include versions for children and plain-language listeners, helping groups explore together.

Tours can be downloaded for offline use, including maps, navigation, audio, text and photos. Additional features include events, parking information, and the ability to save and share favorite places or tours. myTuur is available as a free city-discovery app.
