Naastencoach Jolanda provides coaching and support for parents, partners, and other loved ones of people living with addiction. Based in Rosmalen, the practice is led by Jolanda, an addiction-informed coach who also draws on her personal experience of living alongside addiction in her family. Her approach recognizes the strain, grief, frustration, and helplessness that can affect those close to someone with an addiction, while helping clients focus on their own wellbeing and choices.

Coaching is available at Jolanda’s home practice in Rosmalen or, where possible, in the client’s home. People can begin with a no-obligation introductory conversation lasting 60 to 90 minutes, followed by individual 60-minute sessions. There are no fixed programmes or pressure to commit. Sessions aim to help clients understand how addiction affects them, set boundaries without escalating conflict, let go without feeling guilty, and regain calm and a sense of control in their own lives. Naastencoach Jolanda offers a supportive, personal space where clients can feel heard and take their next steps at their own pace.
