## Description

The Naas Wild Food Festival is a vibrant and unique celebration of culinary creativity, organized by Naas Festivals CLG, a non-profit dedicated to enriching the local community. Established in 2010, the festival began as a small neighborhood gathering but has evolved into a ten-day event that showcases rare and unusual foods, blending local and international cuisines. Inspired by the Hokitika Wild Food Festival in New Zealand, our mission is to offer attendees an unforgettable experience filled with spicy, artisan, foraged, and uncommon dishes. The festival features quality food with a twist, attracting food enthusiasts eager to explore diverse flavors. Supported by Naas Tidy Towns, local councillors, and Kildare County Council, the festival plays a vital role in promoting community togetherness. Our dedicated team, including Gerry Kehoe and Tom Keightley, works tirelessly to ensure a memorable event. Celebrated for our community efforts, we were honored with the 2017 Community Project of the Year Award. Join us for a culinary adventure unlike any other in Ireland!
