## Description

Nadace START DO ŽIVOTA, part of the Association of Hotels and Restaurants of the Czech Republic, is dedicated to empowering children from orphanages by providing them the opportunity to pursue education and careers in the hospitality and gastronomy sectors. The foundation focuses on enhancing adaptability, life skills, and professional readiness for these children, facilitating their transition from institutional care to independent living.

Through collaboration with various member schools and hotels, the initiative enables students to receive practical training while studying, significantly improving their chances of successful employment upon graduation. The foundation not only supports educational efforts but also offers direct employment opportunities in partnered hotels after students complete their studies. With engagement from numerous hotels across the country, Nadace START DO ŽIVOTA strives to create a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable youth, helping them gain vital skills and secure a brighter future in the hospitality industry.
