## Description

Na Mara People Consulting helps growing businesses build the people leadership and practical systems needed to scale. Its work is aimed particularly at companies with around 50 to 250 employees, where increasing headcount and complexity call for stronger people operations. The consultancy supports founders and leadership teams as they move from founder-led to manager-led ways of working, offering stage-appropriate solutions rather than one-size-fits-all frameworks.

Services include scaling people operations, fractional people leadership, people strategy and roadmaps, people due diligence, change support, and manager and leadership capability development. The approach is designed to establish sound foundations and help managers lead effectively, without requiring clients to hire a full-time people executive. Na Mara People is not positioned as a provider of routine HR administration or day-to-day employee relations support.

Its team combines expertise in people operations, employment law, strategy and operational excellence, talent, executive coaching, and learning and development. The consultancy’s clients include businesses in retail, fintech, hospitality, software, professional services, property, private equity, and medtech.
