## Description

Nancy Gilette Consulting provides guidance and practical support for families and professionals working with autistic children and youth aged 19 and under. Led by Nancy Gilette, a certified Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®) consultant, behaviour consultant, and parent with more than 20 years of experience, the practice helps families understand what a child’s behaviour may communicate and respond in ways that support regulation, learning, connection, and growth.

Services include personalized one-to-one coaching for parents and families of children with autism and other special needs, offered online and in person. Coaching focuses on understanding a child’s needs, finding realistic strategies for everyday situations, and helping parents move from feeling overwhelmed or reactive toward feeling more confident and grounded. Nancy also provides in-person and virtual workshops and professional training, equipping practitioners with practical tools to support autistic individuals.

Rather than focusing only on behaviour, Nancy’s approach considers what may be underneath it and works collaboratively with each family.
