## Description

NAOS Institute is a centre for learning, therapy and organisational development, bringing together connected disciplines to support the personal and professional growth of therapists, leaders, community builders, mental health practitioners and people working within faith cultures. Its work is grounded in an inclusive, experiential approach that values self-awareness, diverse perspectives and development tailored to each learner.

From 2025, NAOS focuses on psychosexual psychotherapy, relationship psychotherapy and trauma therapy. Training includes a Diploma in Trauma Therapy, an Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy, a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, and a two-year advanced diploma in psychosexual and relationship psychotherapy. Programmes support practitioners at different stages of their development.

NAOS also offers individual and couples counselling and therapy, psychosexual and relationship therapy, supervision, group therapy and mental health assessments. For commercial and non-profit organisations and communities, it provides organisational development and consultation, addressing challenges such as conflict, leadership issues and periods of transition. The institute has a clinic and training centre in Ealing, with room hire and meditation also available.
