## Description

Napia Bay Lodge is a private luxury estate in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, set across 37 hectares of native bush and rolling farmland beside Te Puna Inlet. Located 11 kilometres from Kerikeri, the north-facing property offers exclusive waterfront access, two private boat launches, a helipad and expansive coastal views. Its grand residence features seven well-appointed bedrooms, including a standalone poolside cabana, a master suite with a private balcony, and rooms with shared or individual bathrooms. Guests can enjoy features such as a pool, spa and outdoor entertaining area, as well as the estate’s peaceful natural setting and nearby coastal wildlife.

The lodge offers accommodation packages and bespoke experiences for stays and special occasions. Its services include proposal packages, elopements, micro weddings for up to twenty guests, and photo shoots against coastal and native-bush backdrops. An onsite events manager helps coordinate celebrations and attend to details, while tailored requests can be arranged to suit guests’ plans.
