## Description

Narberth Dynamos Cycling Club is a community cycling club based in Narberth, welcoming riders from the local area and further afield. The club invites prospective members to join its weekday and weekend rides, and newcomers may try a ride before deciding whether to become members. Regular riders are asked to join for insurance reasons. The main weekday rides take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm, generally from late March to early October. Tuesday rides also welcome beginners and people returning to cycling, with a club member leading a shorter route at a suitable pace before they progress to regular rides. The club shares ride routes and Cyclefit information through its rides and events calendar, alongside news, a forum, recipes and social updates. Members can access club information covering membership, discounts, insurance, committee contacts and cycling kit. Online membership is available through the British Cycling Federation website, although BCF membership is not compulsory. Riders under 18 can participate only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
