## Description

Narrenzunft Stegstrecker e.V. is a carnival guild based in Pfullendorf, dedicated to preserving and sharing the town’s Swabian-Alemannic Fasnet traditions. Its website introduces visitors to the guild’s history, customs, activities and participating groups, while providing news, a calendar, downloads and member information. The guild welcomes residents and visitors to experience the “fifth season” firsthand in Pfullendorf’s historic streets.

Its traditional program includes Hemdglonker celebrations, Schnellen, the raising of the Narrenbaum, and the burning of the witches, alongside customs demonstrations and other Fasnet events. A youth section is also part of the organization. Visitors can browse galleries of past celebrations and learn about the different groups within the guild.

Beyond carnival, Narrenzunft Stegstrecker organizes the Pfullendorfer Stadtseefest, a multi-day community festival around the town lake, with activities for adults and children. The association also shares announcements about its annual members’ meeting and other guild matters. Through events, information and community participation, it helps keep local carnival customs visible and lively.
