## Description

Natalie Angstadt is a birth doula, HypnoBirthing teacher and childbirth educator supporting families across Brighton and Hove. Her practice offers calm, evidence-based and non-judgemental care throughout pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum period, helping parents feel informed, empowered and confident in their choices. Services include birth doula support and private birth preparation courses for expectant parents and their birth partners. Natalie’s approach is holistic, recognising birth as a transition for the whole family and emphasising trust in the body and baby, alongside a calm and safe environment. When medical intervention is needed, she aims to help families feel relaxed, at ease and safe. Her training includes work with Liliana Lammers and obstetrician Michel Odent, Birth Bliss Academy, and the BiA Doula Foundation and Advanced Training. She is also certified in HypnoBirthing, Spinning Babies®, postpartum traditions and lactation support. Drawing on experience with international families and time living in several countries, Natalie brings cultural awareness and personal support to each family’s individual birth journey.
