National Care Professionals Institute (NCPI) provides CDSS-approved training and support for California’s Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facilities (ARF). Family-owned and led by Carlos and Kallie, the institute draws on a 30-year family legacy of teaching care professionals.
