National Guild for Community Arts Education is the leading national service organization for providers of community arts education. Founded in 1937, our mission is to ensure that all people have opportunities to maximize their creative potential by developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and advocating for community arts education. We believe in the power of the arts to transform lives and work towards making arts education accessible and embraced as essential for human development and healthy communities.

Our membership includes over 400 organizations and individuals from 46 states and various artistic disciplines. Many of our members collaborate with human services agencies, youth development organizations, public schools, senior centers, and healthcare providers to increase equitable access to arts learning within their communities.
