## Description

Nationa(a)l is a Belgian non-profit association dedicated to promoting the country’s creative and cultural economy. Based in Brussels, it connects artists, cultural initiatives and the public through exhibitions, fairs, events and an online marketplace. The platform serves as an intermediary where visitors can discover and purchase works from independent exhibitors, as well as communicate with artists and arrange meetings online or in their workshops.

Its curated selection spans visual arts, music, cinema, design, books, fashion and digital arts. Products include paintings, prints, photography, sculpture, illustration, books, clothing, homewares, furniture, textiles, decorative objects and music. The marketplace features work by local artists and artisans, with a focus on Belgian-made products and ethical selections that support new creative perspectives. Customers can browse collections and featured items, and pay by bank transfer, credit card or Bancontact. Nationa(a)l’s wider programme includes immersive experiences and opportunities to engage directly with exhibitors. By bringing creators and audiences together and encouraging purchases at fair prices, the association aims to strengthen the local creative economy and help Belgian cultural initiatives flourish.
