INFRA is a purchasing cooperative for independent organic and natural food and wellness retailers. Serving hundreds of communities across the United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, it helps independent stores compete while making healthy, sustainable foods more accessible. The cooperative represents more than 400 members and over 650 retailer locations.

INFRA supports its members through promotional programs designed to grow sales, strengthen price perception, and reduce operating costs.
