Determined to find a better solution, the founders, Nadine Joli-Coeur and Biff Picone, discovered the power of switching to all-natural pet food. Within a month, Callie's symptoms vanished, and this transformative experience ignited Nadine's mission to help other pet owners.

What started as sourcing natural pet food for their own dog quickly became a delivery business and eventually led to the opening of the first Natural Pawz store in 2005.
