# Natural Urban Doula - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `naturalurbandoula.nl` - **Location:** Amsterdam, Netherlands ## Description Natural Urban Doula provides personal support for women and their partners throughout pregnancy, birth, and the first six weeks after a baby arrives. Based in Amsterdam, the practice is led by Cherida, a doula, mother, and proud Surinamese woman whose own experiences inform her work. Her approach centers on helping families feel heard, seen, and supported while making their own choices, rather than prescribing how a birth should unfold. Support can include emotional, practical, and physical care, ongoing presence during labor, and conversations to build confidence and clarify birth preferences. Natural Urban Doula also makes room for each family’s culture, traditions, and needs, and offers attention and guidance for partners as well as expectant mothers. Services include doula care, pregnancy massage, and baby massage through group workshops or one-to-one sessions, with instruction in an authentic Surinamese style. The practice also lists Tab Bere ceremonies and Suri and Euri herbal steam treatments among its services. Natural Urban Doula’s aim is to create a more reassuring, personal journey into parenthood. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/natural_urban_doula) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idh9HLvl58/w/820/h/283/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793618458468) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idh9HLvl58/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793618459331) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Brown Rust | #b55e43 | accent | | Jacarta | #432960 | dark | | Emerald | #4fce65 | light | ## Fonts - var(--e-global-typography-primary-font-family) — asset _(custom)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
