## Description

**Brand Description: Nature is My Therapy**

Nature is My Therapy is a personal journey transformed into a vibrant celebration of the natural world, founded by Kim Smith. After rediscovering her connection to nature at nearly 40, Kim's passion blossomed through simple acts like putting up a bird feeder, igniting an exploration of birdwatching, native plants, and ecological awareness. Offering resources such as informative articles on gardening and wildlife observation, Kim aims to share vital knowledge on nurturing biodiversity and the interconnection between plants and wildlife.

The brand also emphasizes hands-on experiences by organizing dragonfly field trips and leading workshops, promoting active participation in nature studies. Collaborating with organizations like Wild Ones, Kim advocates for environmentally sound landscaping practices that encourage the preservation of native plant communities. With a commitment to education and conservation, Nature is My Therapy inspires individuals to cultivate a deeper appreciation for their surroundings. Join Kim in discovering the therapeutic benefits of nature and contributing to a vibrant ecosystem through engaging activities and projects.
