# „Naturentdecker Sachsen“ - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `naturentdecker-sachsen.de` ## Description Nistkästen für Dresden e.V. is a Dresden-based nonprofit dedicated to protecting native wildlife and promoting environmental education. The association builds and installs nest boxes to provide safe breeding places for local bird species and support biodiversity. Its “1,000 Nest Boxes for Dresden” initiative works with schools and local partners to encourage community involvement in nature conservation and improve habitats for birds. The organization also helps children and young people discover the natural world through its Naturentdecker Sachsen project. Activities include nature walks, wildlife observation, nest-box building and environmental workshops. Its mobile woodworking workshop brings hands-on learning to events, where children can develop practical skills while learning why nest boxes matter. The association offers guided excursions, private activities for families and celebrations, and workshops for company events, childcare centers and public gatherings. Programs can be delivered at partner venues using its mobile nature education service. Nistkästen für Dresden e.V. also supports an art-protection garden in Dohna and invites individuals and organizations to contribute through donations, sponsorships and partnerships. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Environmental Science _(under Science and Education)_ - 🧪 Education _(under Science and Education)_ - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/NistkastenDresden) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/nistkasten_dresden) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/92680374) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/channel/UCgSCX-jqyerOHBZflL3dt0w) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idhJ2M5yZj/w/120/h/120/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792811773132) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idhJ2M5yZj/w/1365/h/1366/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792811773593) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Red Damask | #e36d39 | accent | | Mine Shaft | #222222 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Lato — asset _(google)_ - Lato — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
