Now, led by a third-generation grandson, we continue to pursue our love for retail in a slightly different form.

At Naughton & Bird, our fantastic team, led by Managing Consultant Matt Naughton, believes that the people behind a brand are what truly make it shine. Matt's expertise lies in nurturing talent and working with consumer-facing brands. After successfully growing a family-founded retail brand, he brought his e-commerce passion to Hong Kong in 2019.
