## Description

Navas Endurance is a Brazilian sports coaching brand founded by Luiz Navas Jr. in 2015 as Navas Tri, initially focused on triathlon. After a decade of growth, it expanded to serve road runners and developed into a specialist endurance coaching team, now led by Thelma D’Amélio and Douglas Jandoza. Its personalized, human-centered training supports athletes from their first steps in endurance sports through high-performance competition, with coaching in triathlon, running and cycling. Athletes can train in person or remotely, in Brazil and internationally, using a methodology that combines theoretical knowledge with around 30 years of practical and sporting experience. The team includes certified professionals who are also active performance athletes, and offers a seven-day trial. Navas Femme extends the brand’s approach through a women’s community connecting sport, science, health, informed guidance and conscious performance. The team reports more than 400 athletes, over 70 world championship and marathon qualifiers, and more than 200 podium finishes. Its honors include the 2019 Ironman Brazil title and four Triday Series championships in 2025.
