## Description

Navigating Life is a digital platform designed to help human services agencies deliver support and communicate with families. Its private social network lets staff share real-time updates about the people they support, capturing everyday moments, achievements, new skills, and milestones. The platform helps families feel more connected, recognizes staff contributions, and gives clients opportunities to share their own stories and build digital skills.

Organizations can use Navigating Life across residential, day, community-based, and shared living programs, as well as acquired brain injury services, client skill-building groups, and agency culture and events. A centralized administrative portal gives agencies control over clients, users, groups, and data logs. Shared updates are time-stamped and tagged, and the service describes its security as HIPAA-compliant and protected by TLS encryption within invite-only groups.

Navigating Life also offers an app available through Google Play, onboarding resources, frequently asked questions, security information, release notes, system status updates, and customer support.
