NCCHCA is the North Carolina Community Health Center Association that supports patient-governed Community Health Center (CHC) organizations and the communities they serve. With a network of 43 CHC organizations and counting, NCCHCA is dedicated to ensuring that every North Carolina community has access to a patient-centered, patient-governed, culturally competent healthcare home. Their vision is to integrate high-quality medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, behavioral health, and enabling services without regard to a person's ability to pay.

NCCHCA offers various programs and resources to assist CHCs, such as the Primary Care Association (PCA), Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Carolina Medical Home Network (CMHN), and Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN). They also provide training, technical assistance, and advocacy on clinical, operational, financial, administrative, and governance issues.
