## Description

NC Collaborative is a brand that is dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth, and families in North Carolina. They operate through a System of Care framework, bringing together families, public and private child and family serving agencies, and community partners to collaborate, advocate, and take action. Their mission is to provide a platform for discussion and collaboration, with the goal of improving outcomes for all children, youth, and families. They work towards a vision where children, youth, and families are healthy, safe, and successful in their homes, schools, and communities. The State Collaborative focuses on issues such as coordination of services, funding, training, and local reporting requirements to eliminate duplication and make the system more consumer-friendly. They also provide support for local Collaboratives and Child and Family Teams. With representatives from various agencies, youth, families, and advocacy groups, NC Collaborative is committed to creating a supportive and effective system for the well-being of children, youth, and families throughout the state.
