Ncnean is an independent, organic whisky distillery that is dedicated to producing innovative spirits while championing sustainable production. Founded by Annabel, the distillery aims to revolutionize the perception of Scottish whisky. After leaving her job in London, Annabel spent years raising funds and building the distillery from scratch on the west coast of Scotland.

In 2017, Ncnean began distilling their own organic whisky, and in 2020, their first bottle was released. Despite their small footprint, Ncnean has made a big impact with an organic single malt Scotch whisky. They now offer four different series of whiskies, a Botanical Spirit, and unique gift sets.

Sustainability is at the core of their values. As a B Corp certified brand, they are committed to minimizing their carbon footprint, reducing pollution, and promoting biodiversity. They use only organic Scottish barley and employ renewable energy to power their distillery.

Additionally, Ncnean bottles their whisky in 100% recycled clear glass and diverts 99. 97% of their waste from landfills. Remarkably, in 2021, they become the first whisky distillery in the UK to achieve net zero carbon emissions for scopes 1 and 2.
