The National Catholic Partnership on Disability (NCPD) is dedicated to promoting the full and meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in the life of the Church. Following the example of Jesus, NCPD works with dioceses, parishes, ministers, and laity to ensure that individuals with disabilities and their families have access to ministry and support. NCPD offers a range of initiatives to achieve its mission.

These include leading and participating in trainings, workshops, and regional meetings on topics such as meaningful participation in the Sacraments, accessible parishes, and catechetical best practices. NCPD also develops resources, including the revision of the USCCB Sacramental Guidelines and the creation of ministry-specific resources for individuals with conditions such as autism, deafness/hard of hearing, intellectual disability, and mental illness. Additionally, NCPD focuses on accessible design, offering a large-print Roman Missal in three font sizes and hosting webinars.

The organization also participates in international ecclesial conferences related to disability. Through these efforts, NCPD strives to promote inclusivity and ensure that individuals with disabilities are welcomed and supported in the Church and society
