## Description

Welcome to the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG), a trusted organization dedicated to addressing the issue of problem gambling. Our mission is to provide assistance, support, and resources to those affected by gambling addiction. At NCPG, we offer a range of programs and services designed to raise awareness, educate, and promote responsible gambling. Our initiatives include advocacy efforts, grants for problem gambling prevention, and a webinar series to enhance knowledge and understanding. We also operate a 24-hour confidential helpline (1-800-GAMBLER) and online chat service (1800gamblerchat.org) for individuals seeking assistance. Our helpline is staffed by professionals who can provide guidance and support in a safe and confidential manner. In addition, we offer screening tools and treatment facility directories to help individuals find the right resources for their needs. Our membership program provides opportunities to connect with a powerful network of individuals committed to addressing problem gambling. Join us in our mission to support those affected by problem gambling and promote responsible gambling practices. Together, we can make a difference and impact lives.
