The Global Council for Science & the Environment (GCSE) is a non-partisan and non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the scientific foundation of environmental decision-making. Formerly known as the National Council for Science & the Environment (NCSE), GCSE collaborates with scientists, educators, policymakers, business leaders, and government officials at all levels. Since its establishment in 1990, GCSE has championed the use of science to inform government decisions on complex environmental challenges.
