## Description

The North Carolina Symphony is a statewide orchestra that presents live music and educational programs for audiences across North Carolina. Its concert calendar features classical repertoire, including works by Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, and Mendelssohn, alongside popular programs celebrating film composers such as John Williams. The orchestra also offers family-friendly performances, holiday concerts, and special events, with appearances at venues including Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh and Memorial Hall in Chapel Hill. Concerts and community visits extend to locations such as Pinehurst, New Bern, Wilmington, Jacksonville, and Cary. Audiences can purchase individual tickets, choose subscription packages, attend with groups, or give tickets as gifts. Subscription options include classical, pops, flexible, and series-based packages, with benefits such as free exchanges and early access to select presales. The Symphony’s education and community offerings include school concerts, teacher workshops, educator programs, Music Discovery, and One State, One Score. It also supports community engagement through free concerts and invites individuals, businesses, and foundations to contribute or volunteer.
